Alcatraz in Jardín de Flores Hotel Tlayacapan

Alcatraz is a small room that is separate from the other rooms in the hotel. It is intimate, cozy, and has a spectacular view of the pool area and of Cihuapapalotzin Mountain (Butterfly Woman Mountain), which is visible from its small terrace and from the bed in the room. This room probably has the best view of all the other rooms in the hotel. Some people might find the spaces to be limited. Guest access If you decide to stay with us in Alcatraz, you can use the heated pool at 30° C, the splash pool at 34° C and the jacuzzi for a fee ($350), with one hour of hydromassage divided into three 20-minute periods, a total of two hours and with colored lights if used at night. Payment for this service must be requested in advance and payment must be in cash. You can also make use of a fireplace inside the living room, orchids, a place for meeting, socializing and recreation. Eight pieces of firewood are provided for 100 pesos and form and material to facilitate the lighting of the fireplace. During your stay If you need help during your stay, we can contact you through the platform, through messages, or through phone calls. Our intention is to bother or inconvenience you for the shortest time possible, so that the only access by the host would be to change the valves for the heating process of the different bodies of water for cleaning the jacuzzi and to add chemicals. That will normally happen at night and very early in the morning. Other things to note The hotel has a heated swimming pool, a heated wading pool, and a hot tub (for a fee) with hydromassage and colored lights. There are no televisions in the rooms, as the hotel's concept is to help you get away from everyday life. However, there is a TV screen in the shared “Salón Orquídeas” area and a second TV screen with high-speed fiber-optic internet in “La Taberna del Caballero Escarlata.” Air conditioning is not required most of the year, and in summer the rooms are kept cool and well ventilated with floor fans.
