You will enjoy 3 large bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 separate family rooms with 2 stories double-sided fireplace, and a finished walkout basement. The 2 story window wall offers beautiful views as far as the eye can see. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, crib, and private balcony. The kid's room has 2 double beds with comfy mattresses. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony with beautiful mountain views. The finished walkout basement has a fireplace, ping pong table, TV, and a full bathroom. The house has floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides that offer breathtaking views. The large chef kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils, cookware and custom cabinetry. The house is less than 30 minutes from Downtown Denver where the nightlife is great (Sporting events, concerts, zoo, restaurants, wonderful breweries, water park, Broncos stadium, Denver Nuggets arena, Aquarium....) Skiing is only 30 minutes away at Loveland ski resort, Echo Mountain or Eldora Ski. Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain ski are about 1 hour scenic highway drive. The sleeping arrangement is as follows: 1 king bed in master + 1 Crib Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed 2 full beds 2 spare memory foam mattresses are also available. The house is fully stocked with everything you need other than food. The house has breathtaking views as far as the eye can see. It is located in a quiet family neighborhood, away from all of the hustle and bustle of city life yet is so centrally located: * 30 minutes to Downtown Denver, Lakewood, Littleton, Morrison *18 minutes to Downtown Evergreen and Evergreen Lake *14 minutes to Idaho Springs (Dining, breweries, hot springs, white water rafting, fishing...) *15 minutes to Downtown Golden (Dining, breweries, hiking...) *20 minutes to the world-famous Red Rock Amphitheater (Music, concerts, hiking...) *18 minutes to Blackhawk (Over 23 Casinos, restaurants, tons of entertainment, hiking, fishing...) *We are 30 minutes to Loveland Ski area *We are less than 1 hour to Breckenridge Ski, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Eldora Ski..and many other world-famous ski areas. * We are 5 minutes to I70, 16 minutes to E470, 30 minutes to I285 (Easy commute to anywhere in Colorado and the Denver metro area).
