Master bedroom with full bath. Two bedrooms with one queen bed and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. Living-dining area, kitchen, laundry with washer & dryer, screened porch facing lake. Fishing is allowed NO Swimming is allowed. Back yard has picnic table & chairs People from all backgrounds are welcome in your home The space Guests can use 2-car carport, 3 car parking in back of house and on-street parking. Back porch entrance has 4 steps. Carport entrance has step-up. Amenities include heating, air, Wifi, alarm, coffee, tea, starter lotions, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, 4-piece plate setting, cups, glasses, eating utensils, gas stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, laundry detergent, bleach, and microwave Guest access Guests must remain on host property when fishing. Guest must leave indoor and outdoor areas clean. Neighborhood is safe to walk in. Residents walk for exercise and for their dogs. Other things to note NO SMOKING INDOORS!!! no outdoor burning of trash. No fire lit in fireplace. Must observe City of East Point Noise Ordinance
