Cameras are used solely for safety and security purposes. The Morro Bay and Los Osos area is an ideal destination for family vacations, retreats, and coastal getaways where guests can relax, reconnect, and enjoy the natural beauty of California’s Central Coast. The only thing missing is you. Guest access The entire home is included in this property and is not shared. There are no steps from the driveway to the main common area of the house. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath and one half bath on the main floor with 3 bedrooms upstairs. The common main floor does have a sunken formal living room with a 5" step down which is the only room not level with the remaining common area. The rest of the main floor is level and includes the dining room, kitchen, family room, recreation room, laundry room and garage. Other things to note We want to let you know our rules and instructions when you book. Pets may be allowed on an individual basis and are subject to additional non-refundable pet fees. Please inquire. RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 4 P.M. PST and CHECKOUT is 10 A.M. PST (early check-in based on availability) This is a NON-SMOKING property Pets are not permitted on the property unless approved. Additional non refundable pet fee is required. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit is required and there is a hold on your credit card. No damage fees or extra charges will be applied providing the following: a) No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear b) No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay c) All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned (excess garbage is subject to additional fees) d) All keys and garage remotes are returned at check-out e) All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure f) No linens are lost or damaged g) NO early check-in or late check-out (unless agreed upon in advance) h) NO EVIDENCE OF SMOKING OR PETS (extreme or obvious odor, burns or stains of furnishings or carpets) i) Renter is not evicted by the owner, representative of the owner, or the law enforcement j) No evidence of undisclosed guests above the number of guests permitted in this agreement (extra guest fees apply k) Unauthorized late checkout. Check out time is 10:00AM. Later check out must be authorized prior to check-in. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY & RULES - The maximum number of guests is limited to (16 guests). THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. (Minimum $1200 rental fee) This is a private home in a quiet estate setting. No parties or undisclosed guests are permitted. Special group events are permitted on an individual basis and are subjected to restricted times, noise levels, parking and number of guests. “Large Group or Event fees apply”. For weddings, graduations and birthday celebrations, please inquire for specific rules and fees. We are happy to help with nearby facilities that are very convenient to help you with your special event. Any unauthorized large group “party” or event will be in breach of this agreement, lose their entire deposit and may be instructed to vacate the property. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. (Includes use of kitchen & bath supplies) NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the property, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property with the exception of some beach towels kept in the laundry room. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. PARKING- Please park vehicles in the garage or in the driveway. When arriving with more than 3 vehicles, please use the garage. DO NOT park on the street or in the cul de sac in front of the house. Street parking is not allowed for vacation rentals. Vehicles may be ticketed if parked on the street. A MAXIMUM OF 6 vehicles allowed at one time. No over sized vehicles allowed.(Please discuss special parking needs if off site parking can be arranged) NOISE RESTRICTIONS - This property is in close proximity to other private residences. Please be courteous and aware of disturbance of neighbors. No honking of horns, shouting, or loud music or behavior is permitted. Neighbors will call law enforcement due to disturbances and our vacation rental permit may be revoked.
