Cottage located in the heart of Allied Arts. Walking distance to Stanford, downtown Palo Alto and Menlo Park. All within 1 mile. WiFI, in home washer/dryer, central heat & air conditioning, two flat screen TV's with premium cable. Great location, close to everything, but secluded when you need it. The space Located a walking distance from restaurants, shops and exercise studios in Menlo Park, this is the perfect home away-from-home. Close to Stanford and Sand Hill Road, this is an ideal choice for up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a combined kitchen and living room area. It is nicely furnished with equipped with basic kitchen gadgets/supplies, WiFi, 2 TV's and desk/office area. Note- Full bed can be swapped with a bunk bed (1 Twin Bed, 1 XL Twin Bed) for reservations over 30 days. Be sure to let us know before your arrival, should you opt for this setup. We can also provide a crib and/or a high chair for free to guests who stay more than 7 days. Guests will need to notify us 48 hours in advance. Guests will also enjoy the secluded, landscaped and fenced yard with outdoor furniture. During your stay, you'll likely enjoy a walk/jog through Atherton or Menlo Park or to the world-class Stanford Shopping Center (Tiffany, Nieman Marcus, Tory Burch, etc). You'll be less than 5 minutes away (by car) from Stanford, Sand Hill Road, downtown Menlo Park, and the Menlo Park CalTrain Station. Our home is approx 740 square feet, complete with 2 bedrooms and a combined kitchen/living room area. Guest access Guests will have their own washer and dryer, kitchen area and the entire Carriage House space. You'll also have access to the portion of the garden next to your unit, as well as parking in front of the house. Other things to note The city of Menlo Park does not allow overnight street parking. We do have off street parking available on the left side of the driveway. A cleaning service is available every two weeks for longer stays.
