Beachfront Bldg -Studio, kitchen 11th floor views!

Fantastic Studio in a beachfront building, right on the Hollywood Boardwalk- Fully equipped kitchen, granite, and Queen Muphy Bed pullout in living area. Our 11th floor unit at has direct unobstructed views of the city and Intracoastal waterway, and our building is right on the beach. On site you'll find a workout room, beautiful pool deck with lounge chairs, bar b que grill, snack bar, laundry facilities. and swimming pool. Walk to everything, and a bus Stop is just a half block away! The space We live in the area and have owned this ocean front shared-ownership unit for several years, enjoying it often with our family! The entire building and all units were fully updated, and they are beautiful! Since this is a resort, there is a front desk with 24/7 check-in for arrival any time day or night. At check in, a credit card and ID is required for security and incidentals. Located on a great part of the boardwalk within an easy oceanfront stroll to the new Margaritaville as well as several local restaurants and shops. Walk to the water taxi which will take you to Fort Lauderdale by boat or hop on the Hollywood Trolley or bus which stops very close by or rent bikes and explore. Note that the bed in the living area is a pull-down murphy bed- it pulls right down easily right over the couch (you don't have to move the couch to pull down the bed! Need more room? Next door/Adjoining room sleeping 2 is available as well. Guest access On site, there is a small workout/fitness room, an outdoor bar-b-que grill, and a sundries shop selling snacks, etc. You will really enjoy the convenient, yet quiet location! A car is not really necessary as the Fort Lauderdale airport is about 9 miles away, a short trip by taxi Uber or Lyft. The bus stop is a half block away and you can walk to the nearby Hollywood Trolley and water taxi to take you to even more destinations to visit, eat, and shop. And the pedestrian -only boardwalk makes it an easy walk to shops and restaurants! If you arrive early before the room is ready, you can still use the pool and amenities! Other things to note A credit card is required by the front desk for incidentals and a security deposit at check-in. They take Visa and MasterCard. If parking is needed, there is a public parking garage right next to the building about 30 steps from the front entry, or parking can be pre-arranged and guaranteed for an additional $15/day if arranged at time of booking. You must be 21 to check in to the resort. No pets are allowed.
