Apartment comes fully furnished with brand new appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Full size washer and dryer, cable TV, and Wi-Fi Internet also included in the apartment. We live on the property and work from home allowing us to be available to answer questions at short notice. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood within close distance to walking & hiking trails and quaint downtown Los Gatos. It is off of Kennedy Road with scenic and expansive views of the surrounding Sierra Azul mountains and right next to Ross Creek. There is no through traffic on our dead-end street. We are close to Highways 17 and 85 making it an easy commute to work in Silicon Valley, to get to the beach in Santa Cruz, to stroll in downtown San Jose, and visit all the sights in San Francisco and on the Bay. It is also a bicyclist's paradise here with an abundance of mountain and city trails available to you to explore.
