Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We have a NO animal policy due to HOA policy, however, service animals are welcome but documentation is required by HOA. We are a private gated community. All guests have to check in at the office and are required to pay a one time fee of $20 to the condo for parking passes and gate cards to access the beach and parking. As hosts, we try our best to create and share our comfortable home with you and your family. If something is not right, we will try our best to make it right during your stay. However, we cannot control what happens on the beach or in the water. When swimming in the ocean, you may encounter seaweed, jellyfish, big fish, small fish, dolphins, sharks, hermit crabs, shells, etc. All these are part of the ocean ecosystem and are affected by seasonal changes or weather conditions. Please DO NOT be upset with us if you see elements that are part of the ocean that we cannot control while swimming in the ocean.
