Nice size home. My bedroom and living room is in basement so you have basically the entire upstairs although there is another person stays upstairs. There’s 3 bedrooms upstairs. One is permanently occupied by a full time renter, older gentleman that works a ton and is usually at work or asleep, the other bedroom is basically a make shift home gym But there’s a kitchen bathroom and living area on the main level for your pleasure. There is not a tv in the bedroom at this time but have great WiFi if you choose to bring a laptop or something to watch on. All the home is yours do enjoy minus the garage and basement, basement can be used for laundry if needed but must make arrangements ahead of time as that is where my bedroom is close to and I have a crazy work schedule and could be trying to sleep. Make yourself comfortable anywhere else. Although there is no smoking anywhere on the property. Inside or outside please thank you and no pets are allowed. I can be available in person or text if needed. I am not always in town or home but usually close by as needed. Close to Lexington and the horse park, numerous parks and restaurants as well as local pubs and such. Walking or car or Uber is best for sure
