Nashvilla on the Lake

We would love to host you in our guest suite, located on the lower level of our home. We offer driveway parking, private entrance, tranquil bedroom, full bath, living space, daybed & trundle & a mini kitchenette. Our home is nestled on 2 acres in the Cedar Glade Natural area beside Percy Priest Lake, just 8 miles from the airport. Enjoy all that downtown Nashville has to offer (13 miles away) then come home, sit back relax in the serene setting on the patio, gazebo or inside our cozy suite. The space The bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, a nightstand, dresser, luggage rack and ample closet space. In the main living space there is a couch, multiple chairs, end tables, desk, footstool, TV, DVD player, movies, books & games. There is a daybed, trundle, dresser, small dinner table, kitchenette with a microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee pot, water dispenser, complementary breakfast items, snacks, coffee & teas and more. Guest access Enjoy our outdoor seating in the gazebo or the open sky at the patio table with seating for 4 surrounded by flowers, in season of course. Open for dinning outside or doing a little work. Throughout the day you might get to see a few deer grazing as they pass through our yard on a regular basis. Other things to note We believe you will love your stay with us. Our space is decorated with an eclectic décor, drops of color and an artful eye. We have tried to think of all situations that could arise and prepare the space and supplies to meet all your needs. You are likely to hear us stirring around in the upper part of the home because our floor is your ceiling. We have one dog that live upstairs and her paws do go pitter patter on the floor. We do try to keep the noise at a minimum. The space is a smoke free environment inside and out. It is not suitable for parties or other pets. There is plenty of driveway and yard for you to pull a boat and park it close to the suite. Many have enjoyed their stay with us because the location is convenient to the Nashville action but far enough away to where you can relax and unwind.
