Stay in a beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse near Daniel Island and Mt. Pleasant! Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's in a great location for exploring Charleston and accessing beaches, restaurants, shopping, and downtown Charleston. We hope to welcome you here soon! The space This 1350 square foot townhouse has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a half bathrooms with screened in back porch. The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom and half bathroom are located downstairs. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom in the hallway. Bedroom #1 King bed with en suite bathroom on the first floor Bedroom #2 King bed Bedroom #3 Two twin beds Two twin air mattresses are also available. The townhouse has a full kitchen, coffee supplies, linens/towels, bathroom supplies, two tvs with Roku/Netflix/Hulu, and washer/dryer. The townhouse is located about a half mile from the community pool, which is open from May 1st until October 1st. The townhouse is located in a very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It's requested that guests be quiet after 9pm. No house parties or large events are allowed in the townhouse. No more than 2 cars per group are permitted. There are 2 designated parking spaces for the unit. No commercial vehicles or oversized vehicles can be parked on the property (vehicles with visible tools and/or supplies.) No RVs, boats, trailers can be parked on the property. Your vehicle may be towed during the day or night if there is a parking violation, such as parking a vehicle that is not permitted in the neighborhood or parking in the incorrect parking space. Parking violations are subject to a fine by the HOA. The townhouse is located: 4 miles from Daniel Island 7 miles from Park Circle 11 miles from the airport and Tanger Outlets 11 miles from Shem Creek 14 miles from the beach (Sullivan's Island or Isle of Palms) 17 miles from downtown Charleston Other things to note Only 2 vehicles are permitted. They must be parked in the designated parking space that is labeled with the house number. No parking is permitted on the street or other neighbor's parking spaces. Vehicles may be towed if they are in the incorrect spaces.
