For those looking to explore, bikes are conveniently located along the porch, and kayaks are easily accessible from the dock, complete with a launch area. Nestled on the outskirts of Marco Island, our cottage provides an effortless no-contact check-in and checkout experience through a secure lockbox, making your arrival and departure seamless. Guest access Being our guests, you will have access to the surrounding outdoors. We offer seats by the seawall. Our guests have accessibility to bicycles and kayaks during their stay. Trailer along your boat with the option for backyard dockage. We have a free washer and dryer available on the premises for our guests. We do provide laundry detergent. Other things to note We do have neighboring cottages, on the property. You may see another person from time to time. Our laundry room is located down the porch on the right- it’s a common space, and the laundry facilities are included in your stay. The summer months of Goodland tend to be on the sleepy side of things. Restaurants are on a seasonal schedule, a few close from June to October. The Crabby Lady is open, but on summer hours. While Marco is only a few minutes away, all restaurants are open and in full swing, all year long. Bicycles are not available June- September We do our best to provide our guests with an enjoyable, clean, environment. We take our cleaning practices seriously. We do our part to help our guests feel comfortable, as we follow strict cleaning guidelines.
