Amenities • Driveway: this property is located on a short and steep driveway, which can cause a rough transition if unprepared for the upward slope. The communal road leading to the driveway is mostly level until it joins to the property's actual driveway - the transition will bring the Guest up a a steep incline when transitioning to property's driveway. • Vehicles: 4/AWD vehicles will have no issues with property's driveway slope grade. Typically, vehicles will be able to make it up fine, however vehicles that are lowered or have extra low suspensions may have an issue at the transition point. It is reccomended that once you are on the incline to maintain a consistent, steady speed as you go upward to prevent the feeling of slippage. Guests should not be deterred by the driveway, it is easiily managable after the initial time approaching the property. • The property has room for two (2) vehicles to park, total.
