Come visit this upscale townhome located conveniently to UGA, RoadAtlanta, State parks, Atlanta, and close to Lake Lanier! Only a short Uber ride to Downtown Athens, or Sanford Stadium. It is perfect for a business trip, family stay or romantic getaway. There is a wide variety of things to choose from to enjoy while you stay here. It is close to many food options for eating out as well as a full kitchen to cook in! The space The guest will have access to all three of the very spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a couch and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin size beds. These two bedrooms have a full size bathroom in the hall to share. Downstairs you have a half bath, a full size kitchen to cook meals in, a gracious sized living room with a flat screen TV to enjoy watching and also a nice sized kitchen table. There is a back patio with a grill to cook on if you wish. The only areas off limits are the master closet and the garage. We keep our personal items here and these doors remain locked. Guest access Guest have full access to the home except for the master closet, office, and garage. These areas house our personal belongings and remain locked. We have a community pool and tennis courts available to our guest as well! Other things to note We do have a Ring doorbell at our home. This allows us to monitor who enters and exits the home. This is for our safety and yours. The camera only records at the front porch entry, no other camera are located within the home.
