Budget room in Center City-South Bella Vista/Ave of the Arts I welcome you no matter what your ethnic, religion, or sexual orientation, background. I believe in diversity, because this country was found on it! The space The room is private and located on the second floor in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath town home, that is 12 years old. The owner lives on site. The room is cozy and comfortable. The measurements are eleven by eleven. The room is bright with two windows or 4 windows, that produce loads of sunlight. The room has a keyed lock, closet, queen sized bed, linens, towels, toiletries, small refrigerator stocked with water, sweet tea, and light snacks. The room has oil-scented plug in. There is no smoking inside of the home, due to safety issues. Guest access Guest will have access to the common areas throughout the house. The back door of the home is used as the main entryway. The kitchen is available for guest use. The kitchen included a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, dishware, utensils, pots pans, and several small household appliances. There is a washer/dryer along with laundry detergent for guest use too. Central air and heat. The thermostat is set at 72 degrees. FIOS Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Unofficially the neighborhood is called Bella/Vista/Hawthorne/Ave of Arts. The home is located in the 700 block of South Juniper between Bainbridge and Fitzwater. Officially, the City of Philadelphia refers to it as Center City-South. The transit score is 100, walking score is 98, and biking is 100. The fire station is 300 feet away. The home is located within a 5-20-minute walk to all Center City venues. Broad Street is located half block away. The following buses; 27, 32, 4 are a mere minute away from the house. The Lombard/South subway location is a 3-minute walk. If you are traveling by air, you can pick up the Septa Bus 37 at the airport. At the final designation you can board the Septa Bus 4 which will bring you a half block from the house. The total cost is $3.00. Uber cost range from $9-$15 from the airport. The price varies according to time of day, and the number of vehicles, and other factors. Lyft is also available , but tends to be double the cost of Uber. If you are traveling by other modes of transportation such as bus or train, public transportation will cost $2.25. There is a bike share located a couple blocks from the home. Of course if you are driving, there is off street parking available. The home has a 2 car driveway. During your stay Thank you so much to all of the wonderful guests whom have stayed at my Airbnb.
