Our guests are required to wear masks to enter the hotel; it is mandatory in State of Pennsylvania. NO MASK, NO SERVICE, NO ROOM! We can deny service to guests who do not wear mask in lobby, hallway, or any public area in the hotel. 2. Our hotel has a very strict non-smoking policy. All rooms are 100% smoke-FREE. Therefore, smoking inside the property or any rooms will incure in non-disputable fee of $250.00. We have designated smoking spots outside, please ask front-desk for location. 3. Additionally, the guest can not bring pets to any suites rooms, King rooms, or Queen rooms; any violation to this policy will be charged $150.00. 4. Although our hotel does not charge additional cleaning fee for Airb&B guests, if upon check-out, the room requires additional cleaning due to the damage to linens, bathroom, or carpet, the hotel has right to charge $150.00 cleaning fee. 5. Stains to our linens or towels will incure in charge of $15.00 per piece.
