Please do not enter. Do not climb on or around the covered out of service waterfall, and the surrounding backyard hill. Rocks are specifically, strategically and precariously placed; dangerous area for falls, accidents and poison ivy and/or poison oak may be present. Street parking is limited to odd/even side during winter months; so we ask that you please park in the driveway to avoid getting ticketed! Close to the house is the high school track which is available for public use when not in use by the school events and classes. Other things to note New to the house in Jan 2025, is a water system which makes our well water clear and clean. We provide free of charge gallon jugs of water, plus bottled water for those who do not like the taste of well water. As shown in the photos, in the there is a futon - listed as a "sofa bed", there is not an option for listing as a "futon". This can be folded to be a couch or laid out flat to be the size of a small double bed. In the master, there is a king size - which is actually two twin mattresses on a king frame covered by a mattress topper. In another bedroom there are two twin beds. There is a queen size bed in the other bedroom; with a walk-in closet.
