The space This listing is for a cozy bedroom with a huge closet in my updated house with modern furnishings. My home is located in walking distance to public transportation and the Red Line Metro. NIH in Bethesda and Walter Reed are just 3 Metro stops away! The Rockville NIH campus is just 2 miles away. Guest access There is a shared main floor bathroom. You will have access to the kitchen which has a dishwasher and a gas stove. I am an artist and my studio is on the lower level. Access to the washer/dryer in the basement is included. The backyard is large with a deck and grill, perfect for your own private happy hour or just relaxing after a long day. Parking is available for one car at no charge. Wifi internet access is included and can be accessed from anywhere in the house or yard. During your stay I am always available to help and give directions either in person or through the Airbnb app which I have on my phone. Other things to note I rent two rooms in my home on Airbnb, never with more than one guest in each room. The total number of people in my home is 3, including me. My bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor. I also have a fully seperate basement studio apartment with it's own entrance that accomodates one guest, and shares only the laundry with the rest of the house. I aim for a quiet home where working professionals can relax after a long day.
