We also love long stays and want to accommodate whatever you might need for your longer term stay in San Diego! The space Welcome to our family's beach cottage in North Pacific Beach! Our one bedroom cottage is right on the border of Pacific Beach and La Jolla so you will be in close proximity to both the night life in Pacific Beach and the laid back surfer style of Bird Rock. It's located 2 blocks from Tourmaline Beach and within walking distance of Law Street, the boardwalk and Mission Beaches. You really can't ask for a better location no matter what it is that your looking to do in the San Diego Beach area! Our Beach cottage has one bedroom and is equipped with a king size bed and pull out Queen bed for 2 extra guests. It's perfect for a smaller family, romantic getaway or even parents visiting kids in one of the nearby colleges. It has a fully equipped kitchen, small dining area, separate living room, off-street/gated parking and a secluded backyard retreat. Why stay in a hotel when you can have your own private space as your home away from home? Looking for more than just a short vacation in San Diego? We often have guests who stay for a month or longer. We have fast wifi and multiple hangout areas which can easily be used for a work as well. If you need something in particular to facilitate your longer stay, please ask! We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. Guest access You will be able to access gated off street parking, all areas of the cottage itself and the gated/secluded backyard patio area. Our cottage is the back house on the property and there are renters who stay in the front house, however your area is completely gated off from the front house with your own private entrance and parking area. However, we do request that you please respect the privacy of the front house occupants and do not try to enter their separate area. Other things to note We have Wifi, Roku and local cable channels. All information is in the move in instructions which will be emailed prior to arrival! Instructions for using the Roku are provided at the cottage. You will be sent a key code prior to your arrival which is unique for your stay dates and times. After booking, I will request for your email address so that I may email you your move in instructions and access code as we have a lot of information that we provide for every guest! We will be requesting for your email address in order to email you your stay information as well as a regulatory document that is required to be given to all guests in the City of San Diego. Check in is at 4:00 PM and Check out is at 11:00 AM. Early arrival/Late departure may be available however these requests require extra coordination so there will be an extra fee for all late departures/early arrivals. Please inquire first as we often have same day arrivals/departures and may not be able to accommodate all requests. Additionally, Luggage drop off may be available, with prior approval.
