We are steps away from a Local favorite Eatery, Wine Bar, Beer Pub, Natural-Holistic Market, Taco Shop, Liquor Store, Nail shop, and Einstein's Bagels. Play in San Diego or stay and relax in our tropical yard that is set up to entertain you and your family with outside games and Ping Pong. 25 Yr's of age req'd The house has a quaint and comfy beach cottage feel. It has 2 Master Suites, a Kids room with a Full size bunk and a twin trundle. It has a DETACHED bonus room that has 2 couches that fold out to twin beds. We have also provided 2 twin foam movable beds, in case children want to sleep closer to Mom and Dad. There is a Jacuzzi bath tub in the main bathroom. It has a quadruple Reverse Osmosis drinking water system installed in the kitchen, and a 4 Car driveway. Brand new comfortable beds with Down Pillows and Faux Down Pillows. USB permanent outlets are installed in the kitchen. The house will have Corn hole, glow in the dark lawn darts, 4 in a row, Ping Pong, and other grass games. The back yard is strung with lights to create an illuminated evening ambiance with a 6 person table set and a patio furniture set.
