Its total area is 140 m2 on two levels. The space Terrace (20 m²) south side (garden furniture, deckchairs, sun loungers, plancha), balcony east side (14 m²) overlooking the valley. Ground floor: a large and functional kitchen (25 m²) opens onto the south side terrace, a 1st cozy and comfortable living room (30 m²-TV, library) and a 2nd living room bathed in light, open to the balcony by large bay windows (wood stove). FLOOR: B1 (18 m² - 160 cm bed) with ensuite bathroom, B2 (15 m² - 2 90 cm beds) with ensuite bathroom, B3 (7 m² - 90 cm bed) Note: 2 independent toilets in the house, one on the ground floor and another upstairs.
