Adorable one-bed, one-bath sunny basement apartment right in the heart of Pullman. Five-minute walk to downtown, two blocks from the Chipman trail. The space The apartment includes a newly remodeled kitchen, a cozy living room, a bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. We provide non-toxic brand shower products and use environmentally friendly cleaners for your safety and peace of mind. Guest access There is one parking space dedicated to the apartment alongside the fence in the front of the house that can fit two average sized cars--one car behind the other. Guests enter the apartment through the gate to the side patio. Other things to note The apartment is in the lower level of a two-story house, and we have installed as much soundproofing between the floors as we can. However, you still may hear some footsteps or muffled voices from the upstairs unit sometimes. Note: The ceilings are bit low in this unit. If you are taller than 6' 4" this might not be the place for you.
