The home comes equipped with ADT security services for added security. Guest access There are plenty of activities to do at the cabin, including: grilling (gas grill and charcoal grill built into the patio!) basketball, yoga, soccer, chilling in the gazebo, relaxing in the hot tub, and spending nights on the lower deck by the firetable. Also- a brand new deck has been added to the third floor! Inside: very open with plenty of space to relax. 4 large wall mounted tv's with Directv and HBO services, blu-ray player, Wifi for streaming and business needs, several unique lounging areas, indoor spa/hot tub, bar with glassware, and a screened-in porch for peaceful nights and reading. *Guest Note*: the cabin comes with about 24 acres of land. If exploring throughout the property, please respect the neighboring residents and their property (Signs are easily visible and listed at the beginning of each driveway) Thanks! Other things to note You will see neighbors pass by occasionally going to their homes but no need to worry, they are very friendly and will not interrupt your vacation. Cell phone service- As of 10/31/17, cell phone service has dramatically improved with the integration of WIFI and reception amplifier for guest use!
