To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi - Bar, music system - Outdoor games, indoor games - Washing machine, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 cosy bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor. - All rooms offer amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. - 2 rooms have attached balconies with a gorgeous view of the garden. BATHROOMS - There are 4 ensuite bathrooms. - All ensuite bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. INDOOR AREAS - The villa features 2 spacious living rooms - 1 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor. - The living room on the ground floor can comfortably seat up to 6 people and is equipped with a music system, AC and Wi-Fi. - The living room on the first floor seats up to 5 people and has an AC, Wi-Fi and an attached balcony with seating arrangements. - The dining room is part of the ground floor living room and has AC, with seating for 6 people. - Guests can enjoy their favourite cocktails by the unique bar counter with a dance floor. - There is a poker table for the guests to play a game of poker.  OUTDOOR AREAS - Guests can soak in the fresh breeze in the several outdoor sit-outs. - The villa has a private swimming pool, 30x25 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. - Guests can lounge by the pool, and soak in the sun while on the loungers. - There is a bonfire pit with circular seating arrangements.  KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen.  - It is equipped with a water purifier, a toaster, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 staff members at an additional cost. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Within the property, guests can jump in the pool, or relax on the pool loungers and bask in the sun. Relish a smoking hot barbecue meal around the bonfire pit. While indoors, enjoy a game of poker, or dance away to your favourite tunes in the company of your loved ones and cocktails. End the evening by the balcony, soaking in the breeze and come back home refreshed and energised. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Bonfire is priced at Rs. 2000 for one-time usage, inclusive of all materials. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Kindly note, the common powder room is not functional. - Guests may not have access to the cricket pitch during the monsoons, from June to September. - There is a CCTV camera that captures the entrance area for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support most appliances for up to 6 hours. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Wi-Fi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
