All the benefits & challenges of being downtown in a big city! On-site PARKING not guaranteed, but nearby lots are cheap. Kitchen is my office so it is often not available to guests. Message your arrival time to help with smooth check in. Unlike some rentals, this is the only room being rented out and you are the only guests. No smoking. The space I offer a cozy room w/a queen bed in a warm setting. Downtown is a nice walk or quick streetcar away--all the amenities you need! Guest access I work from home, so it is not conducive to you also working in the space. Many cafes nearby. The kitchen has been turned into my home office so there is limited access for my guests.
