The Royal Residence Nicosia is located in one of the most decent places in Nicosia called Yenikent. İt consists an open-planned kitchen and two bedrooms in which a four memebered family can have a comfortable stay. İt is fully air conditioned and furnished and entirely rented. Royal Residence Nicosia has a free parking (no reservation needed) and an elevator. İt has limitless Wi-fi and it is in walking distance to most of amenities. Other things to note * In the apartment smoking is prohibited. There is a comfortable balcony, you can smoke there! Pets are not allowed. Don't make noise in the apartment! Respect to the neighbors! For damage cause to property, and additional fee is charged! ******************************************************************************************************* In Cyprus the natural resources are costly. Guests go out, air-conditioners work. When leaving the apartment, turn off air-conditioners in order to save energy. Use of electricity up to 10 kW/day is free. Overuse is charged (0.20 euro per kW).
