The apartments of the "Villaggio Le Querce" are immersed in a two-hectare park in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. Ideal for those who want relaxation and wellness, it offers a 20x8 m swimming pool, a scenic pool with a waterfall, both available from May 1 to October 1, a games room and areas dedicated to children. A panoramic tavern, a cellar in the tuff, a private spa, breakfast included and free wifi complete the experience, perfect for those looking for nature, comfort and self-care. The space The apartment is located in a complex of terraced villas and consists of an entrance-living room with double sofa bed, full-optional kitchen, bathroom with shower and double bedroom. The apartment is on the first floor of a low building with a balcony that allows the view of the beautiful garden. All air-conditioned and independently heated, the apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi available throughout the structure. The apartments of the Village "Le Querce" offer an authentic and comfortable experience, thanks to the furnishings made with natural materials and warm colors, which recall the cozy atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside. Despite being newly built, the building stands out for the colors and shapes typical of the Maremma tradition. The Village includes a 20x8m pool, an artistic bathtub with waterfall and tuff sculptures,both available from May 1st to October 1st, barbecue areas immersed in the park, an indoor children's games room, an outdoor playground, and an outdoor gym. The "Temple of Thesan" Spa you can immerse yourself in a relaxing sensory path that includes sauna, steam room and jacuzzi (cost €50 for 4 people in the same group for 1 hour and a half, upon reservation). and the evocative cellar carved into the tuff complete the relaxing experience. In addition, a tavern with park views and spaces equipped for breakfasts and events offer moments of conviviality and well-being. Free parking has 80 parking spaces and is located at Buffet breakfast served for a surcharge of €9.00 per person. A portable bed can be added to the apartments at a cost of €15 per night. Cribs are also available at a cost of €8.00 per day per stay. The property has a charging station for electric vehicles (service for a fee). We remind you that pets are welcome at our village; only a supplement of €10.00 per night is required for the final cleaning of the apartment.
