Additional fee of $150 per month will be paid by the tenant for electricity and internet. Other things to note *Free parking for longer stays (1 month and more). *150$ per month for wifi and electricity, to be given at move in. *Mandatory cleaning once per month at guest charge. *Toilet paper, kitchen paper, and a couple of trash bags are provided at move in so that the first few days are covered. However tenant is responsible for all future supplies if staying longer than a week. *At the beginning of each month (first few days of the month) we provide an extermination service . I am personally on site with exterminator and we have to enter each unit. This is a quick service (just few minutes), and it is all organic. Exterminator sprays near door, windows, and under kitchen cabinet & bathroom vanity. The weather in Miami (hot and humid) demands this service to be done as a prevention. *NO mailbox key provided . If guest purchases something through Amazon or other , the box will be left at the entrance door . We only provide mailbox keys for reservations that are 6 months and more.
