Gîte les Nymphéas - Near Chenonceau and Beauval

The "Les Nymphéas" gîte is the successful marriage between authenticity and modernity and the perfect place to spend special moments in Touraine. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay with friends or for the whole family. The space The gîte has been arranged in the upper part of our farmhouse and has an independent entrance. It has been designed to accommodate 4 people in the best conditions of comfort. It is fully air-conditioned, has a spacious living room with a fully equipped high-end kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine), toilet with hand washbasin, one bedroom (1 double bed) with a shower room, a second bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into 1 double bed, also including a shower room and a toilet. The main room includes a flat screen TV and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 extra beds. Outside, you will enjoy a spacious terrace with pergola and also a pool and garden (private, not enclosed) in which you can enjoy the barbecue and various outdoor games (basketball, badminton, Finnish bowling, boules...). A locked room can be used to store your bikes and other needs. Guest access We are located on the plateau of the small village of Epeigné les Bois. Dream start for excursions and visits to the many tourist and cultural attractions of Touraine. In the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire between Tours and Amboise (7 km from Montpoupon, 10 km from Chenonceau, 20 km from Amboise and 30 min from the Beauval Zoo). Loire by bike, wine route, mills and hiking trails and troglodyte sites. Near the Gîte, the Cher and the Loire offer you the possibility to access nautical activities (canoeing, swimming, pedal boat, boat). You can also fly over the area in a hot air balloon. You'll be spoiled for choice! Other things to note Sheets, tea towels and bath towels are included in the price. Cleaning is not included, the gîte is to be returned clean or cleaning option (60 euros). Security deposit: 200 euros in cash upon guests' arrival.
