Welcome to the CHAPOTIN room at Clos Ceres, an exceptional early 19th-century residence located on the Burgundy Wine Route, in the heart of the Viré-Clessé appellation. My name is Elodie, the passionate owner of this magical place, which has been awarded the Clef Verte label (the world's leading label for eco-responsible tourism). This 900 m² characterful property offers a fully independent 450 m² space for guests, guaranteeing your peace of mind while preserving everyone's privacy. The space The Chapotin room is a superior room that offers you a haven of peace with its breathtaking view of the park. Its neat layout, combining characterful furniture and modern amenities, guarantees you a most pleasant stay. NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 6 King size bed (180cm), possibly separated into 2 twin beds Bright bathroom with walk-in shower Air conditioned, mini-bar, etc. Etc. At your disposal: a kitchen equipped for your gourmet moments, a billiard room for your leisure, a relaxation room with piano for musical moments, and a gym for the most motivated (bodybuilding station and other joyful accessories). Our 5000 m² park with majestic century-old trees is a real haven of serenity where it's nice to stroll. There is a petanque court and a basketball court. Every morning, a generous breakfast awaits, made with meticulously selected fresh and local produce, including my homemade fresh juices. A gourmet moment to start your day of discovery in Burgundy. Le Clos Ceres is the ideal place for wine lovers, history buffs and nature lovers. As oenophiles, we are committed to sharing our passion - my husband, a wine merchant, offers a beautiful selection of Burgundy wines that you can buy directly on site. You can also explore nearby wineries, visit heritage sites like Tournus Abbey or Cluny, or simply relax by our heated pool (open in summer) after a day of walks in our charming stone villages. In addition, we offer on site the services of external service providers for your comfort and well-being (to be booked in advance): sports session, Pilates, massage or breathing with Julien; cleaning of your vehicle by Ryan; Home Manager service with Delphine; Shiatsu session with Ana. Easily accessible from the A6 motorway, our guest house welcomes you for a romantic getaway, a refreshing stopover or an unforgettable wine stay in the heart of authentic Burgundy. Guests' parking is complimentary. Close to the green and blue roads, we also welcome cyclists and bikers with great pleasure by allowing them to park their two-wheelers in our barn. Other things to note We offer 2 standard bedrooms ("Brechen" and "Belvédère") as well as 2 superior bedrooms ("Chapotin" and "Chapître"). Each room is for 2 people, but we have 3 single beds available that we can add to the larger rooms (all except Brechen) to accommodate a third person, adult or child (from 6 years old), for an additional charge of €30 per night. We also offer our guesthouse for rent as a vacation rental, sleeping up to 11 people. In this case, there is no breakfast formula, but you enjoy exclusively the house and its infrastructure for your stays with family or friends.
