The space Packers fans will feel like they’ve come home when they walk into our house! And once you go Pack; you never go back! Here’s the layout of the Ultimate Packers House: LIVING SPACES With over 2,000 sq ft, there’s plenty of room for groups of up to 12. Our upstairs living room has a plush sofa directly in front of the TV - so you don’t miss a play. WiFi is 359 Mbps, fast enough to stream any game you want. We’ve also got a pool table where Packers Super Bowl Champions have racked up and run the table (ask us who)! The basement is where you’ll find a second living room, with both a sectional sofa and a leather sofa. Foosball, a faux fireplace, and a table for all the tailgate snacks make the basement the perfect cheesehead headquarters. Cheese and crackers, beer and Packers! The garage is yet another great spot to hang out with your Pack. There’s a Ping Pong table, a giant Jenga set, grill, fridge - and plenty of chairs. It’s the tundra with chillin’ instead of windchill! KITCHEN/DINING Whether it’s wings and nachos or a full-course meal, you’ve got a fully-equipped kitchen at your disposal, with stainless steel appliances, and plenty of Packers touches. In addition to the table for 6 in the basement living room, the upstairs dining room offers another table for 8, perfect for ultimate pre-game, away-game and Super Bowl spreads! BEDROOMS/BATHS We’ve got four bedrooms - one king bed, two queen beds, and one with two sets of twin bunk beds. We’ve also got queen sleeper sofas in the basement and garage, plus and a full air mattress. We have a spacious full bath with a shower/tub combo and a smaller 3/4 bath with a shower. THE NEIGHBORHOOD We’re 4 blocks from historic Lambeau Field and TitleTown, and also the Resch Center - home of the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay Phoenix basketball team, the Green Bay Gamblers hockey team, and the Green Bay Blizzard indoor football team. And, we are only 4 miles from Lake Michigan! TRANSIT Many guests arrive with their own vehicles, Uber and Lyft are always available. If you're flying in to visit Lambeau Field only, everything you need is within walking distance. PETS We love furry friends and are happy to welcome up to two dogs for a pet fee of $100. If you are bringing more than two dogs, please message me to arrange additional payment ($50 each). Your pet fee must be paid in full 24 hours prior to your check in date or we reserve the right to cancel your stay with no refund. EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT Early check in and late check out must be considered on a case by case basis and are always almost approved when possible. You must obtain written approval from us approving either early check in or late check out. QUIET HOURS Lombardi is a quiet quaint residential neighborhood and we expect guests to respect this. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. If there is excessive noise or disturbances to our neighbors during these hours, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your stay with no refund. PARKING No overnight street parking. There is space for two cars in the garage (but you'll have to re-arrange the ping pong table) and two-four additional cars in the driveway. SMOKING Absolutely no smoking in the home will be permitted. Minimum fine for smoking is $500. LIABILITY This rental is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premise. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
