With us, families and groups of up to 6 people will find a relaxing vacation home. Ideal for families with children and possibly accompanying grandparents or befriended families - but equally for couples and small groups. The ground floor: The 40 sqm are spread over a cozy entrance area, a living room (with sofa bed 160 x 200) and an atmospheric fireplace. A spacious bathroom with shower and an extra sauna area guarantees relaxation and recreation. Floor 1: Here, too, 40 square meters are divided with a cozy bedroom with double bed (160 × 200), a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove with oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave) with direct access to the large covered terrace and a guest toilet. The attic floor: There are two spacious rooms on 20 sqm. One bedroom with double bed (160 × 200) and a high level (90 × 200) and the other is still a separate living area (with sofa bed 160 × 200). Worth knowing: The holiday home is in an idyllic location in the immediate vicinity of the Siegauen and is surrounded by greenery. Enjoy your time out on the magnificent, covered sun terrace, in the sauna in the separate sauna area, or the sunset over the meadow landscape with a glass of wine on the small balcony. In the light-flooded attic you will find a cozy reading corner directly under the floor-to-ceiling gable window. You can end the day in the cozy living room by the cozy fireplace. Both living rooms also have a flat-screen TV. From the outdoor pool and the center of Rosbach with its diverse shopping opportunities, the varied gastronomy and some doctors, it is just a stone's throw away. An additional significant plus is the S-Bahn station in Rosbach, which is about ½ hour away. intervals, for example, makes the city of Cologne accessible, so that a vacation without a car would generally be possible with us.
