Take your family to this newly renovated, listed accommodation. You have a lot of freedom. In the park next door is an adventure playground with restaurant. Laucha is an ideal starting point for excursions to Wartburg, Erfurt or the UNESCO National Park. There are many interesting highlights close to you. Ideal for children is the fenced courtyard with garden and the large wine terrace. Look forward to an outdoor fireplace and the rustic medieval wine cellar. The space The family-friendly house with 105 m² of living space and 140 m² of courtyard is all for you. The clay walls create an optimal indoor climate in the romantic, rustic environment. The listed house is located in the center of the village and presents its faithfully restored timber frame beautifully and obliquely. Wooden beams and floorboards guarantee a pleasant atmosphere combined with the latest equipment. The lower floor is equipped with tiles and underfloor heating. In the characteristic 200 cm high passage bedrooms on the first floor is a king size bed (180 x 200) with a new box spring mattress and TV. Behind it is the small blue bedroom with a single and a folding bed (90 x 200 each). We do not have our own animals at the house and are very dog-friendly. This oldest half-timbered house in the village has been restored. The rooms are furnished and you'll have the house all to yourself. The courtyard offers lounging, seating and parking areas and is surrounded by a protective old-style wall. The location in the center of the village is an ideal basis for hiking and cycling tours on well-developed trails along the "Thuringia City Chain to the Rennsteig. Via the "Classics Route" you will quickly reach Gotha (12 km), Eisenach (24 km) or Erfurt (40 km) with their rich cultural offerings.
