Welcome to Campo di Bella Farmstay. We have created a private retreat above our winehouse on our farm. You will enjoy the sights and sounds of country living. Weekend Farm to Table dinners available on-site and we typically reserve seating for our farmstay guests. From December to end of March, we are only offering dinners on Friday nights. Max room rate $175.00. Please note that during winter months, we are on a private road and snowplowing may be completed by early afternoon. The space The bedroom has a king size bed with dresser and night stands as well as a comfortable leather chair and desk. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and has a shower with glass door. The living room space has leather couches with an additional convertible queen-size sleeping sofa, and all the comforts of the modern home. An additional fee of $40 if you would preferthe sleeping sofa made up for reservations of only 2 people. Payment due prior to arrival. Wifi, HDTV with local broadcast channels only and a bluetooth speaker system is provided so you can bring your own music to enjoy. The space is also furnished with hardwood acacia floors and cedar wood ceiling. The bedroom and living space are located on the second floor and accessible by stairs. We do not provide breakfast onsite but offer the option for coffee service and will recommend quaint breakfast/brunch restaurants in our area. Guest access You will be staying at a working farm and are welcome to enjoy self-guided tours for certain areas of the farm - ask your host/hostess for details. Lodging is located in second floor of our winery. Access to the winery lodging is through the front door via a electronic keypad. You will be provided the access code upon arrival. You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor pergola/patios surrounding the winery when availability permits. We hope you will join us for dinner and/or wine & winebar appetizer menu on Fridays and Saturdays. Please review our website for a list of farm-to-table dinners and cenettas. The cost of dining and wine are not included in your lodging reservations. You may make reservations for a dinner on-line if available or email host. Other things to note Our Winery Dining room is open to the public on Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons and evenings. You will be staying above a working winery and restaurant and therefore there will be some sounds of merriment from below. We close at 9:00 P.M. and our winery guests typically leave shortly thereafter. Please note that we have a holding tank based septic system. All used water is drained into underground tanks with fixed volumes that need to be periodically pumped and hauled away. Please be eco-friendly and conserve as much water as you can to reduce environmental impact. Since this is a working farm, there will be activity throughout the day including tractors, farm equipment, landscaping and related activities that may cause some noise and disruption.
