For larger groups, we have cozy options for additional sleeping arrangements. You can choose to relax on one of our two three-seater couches, or if you prefer, a full-size futon. Other things to note This single-family home was built in the 1970s on a peaceful hillside, which gives it a unique charm—and in some areas, a slight natural slope to the floors. It’s a subtle reminder of the home’s original character and hillside setting. While it doesn’t affect comfort or functionality, we always want our guests to be aware and feel fully informed. ●Profile Requirement: Please complete your profile before booking. We prefer guests who provide information about themselves and the nature of their stay, fostering a successful match. This is not a party house; if you’re looking to celebrate loudly, please find another location. ●Age Limit: Guests must be 25 years or older to book. The person making the reservation is responsible for all guests listed. ●No Third-Party Bookings: All reservations must be made by guests directly. ●Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is from 5 PM to 10 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM ●Visitor Policy Our policy is that visitors and extra guests are considered there for the entire duration of the reservation. So if you have 2 additional people and the reservation is for 4 days, there will be a charge of $25 x 4 days = $100 x 2 people = $200 for extra guests regardless of how many days they stay. We do not allow "swapping" of guests. Please note that children and infants are considered guests. (There is a device to detect excessive noise and the total number of guests) Please inform us of any accidents or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Guests should not send packages to the property, as we cannot be held responsible for missing items. Please note that security cameras are installed around the perimeter of the house, and a device monitors excessive noise and guest count. Garage access is not included with this listing. Kindly assist us by emptying the trash in the house and bringing out the bins to the street on Sunday nights.
