We're just 1 mile away from EMU and 3 miles from JMU, on a quiet, family-friendly street. NOTE: 1️⃣ Access requires stairs: 22 steps up to the front door, then 17 steps down to the basement room. 2️⃣ Our driveway is steep so please park in the parking space in front of the front steps. 3️⃣ You will occasionally hear our cats running on the floor above you. 4️⃣ Check-in is 6pm - 9pm. Sometimes we can accommodate an early check-in with advance notice. The space Just 1 mile from EMU & 3 miles from JMU, our quiet Airbnb is on a family-friendly dead-end street. We’re empty nesters, so we’ve turned our basement bedroom & bath into a cozy guest space. Guests love the “treehouse vibe” from the front porch overlooking the treetops. 🌳✨ Guest access You’ll have your own bedroom (with mini fridge, microwave, Keurig and coffee pods), private bath, and access to the laundry room (shared hallway/laundry with us + tenant). Relax on the front porch, soak in the view, and enjoy the wind chimes! 🌿🔔 During your stay We are usually available to answer your questions about the area and give our recommendations for dinner.
