A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected 60 days before check-in. The security deposit amount is $1,000 for stays of 30 nights $2,000 for stays of 31-59 nights, and $3,000 for stays of 60-90 nights. Any costs incurred due to damage that were not paid for by Occupant during their stay will be withheld from the Security Deposit. Costs for additional cleaning of the home, if required beyond ordinary wear and tear, will be withheld from the Security Deposit. Any costs for repairs or cleaning exceeding the Security Deposit and previous payments for repairs made by Occupant will be the financial responsibility of the Occupant. Any funds remaining in the Security Deposit not required to repair damage or for extra cleaning will be refunded within 21 days of departure. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed with pre-approval. Bring a crate if you plan to leave the dog unattended, dogs are never allowed on furniture, in or on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture/beds, pet stains, dog droppings that are not picked up, and any damage caused by your dog. - You will be required to pay a non-refundable pet fee of $100 for up to one week, $15 per day for 8 day or longer stays if bringing a pet (dogs only, no other animals allowed in the home). - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Your price quote includes the cost of local taxes. - No Bachelor/Bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement.
