Housed in a building built in 1846, the Customs House Hotel is located in front of the Derwent River and home to one of Hobart's oldest pubs. The property is located in the heart of the Waterfront precinct. Free WiFi is available throughout the accommodations. Customs House Hotel is a 2-minute walk to the Salamanca Markets, MONA Ferry, Tasmanian Museum & Art Gallery and a 5-minute walk to the CBD. Each of the 30 refurbished rooms are fitted with a small bar fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a TV. The private bathroom comes with shower and a hairdryer. Customs House Hotel Restaurant is known for its seafood specialties. Luggage storage facilities are provided. A guest laundry is available on the first floor. CAR PARK ($20/night) : due to our central location, car parking facilities are very limited. If you require car parking, please contact the hotel to reserve it in-advance as it is subject to avaialbility. LATE ARRIVALS: We are not open 24 hours. If you are arriving past 8pm, please inform the hotel directly. STAIRS: We do have a elevator but there are stairs leading to most rooms. This can range for 10-12 stairs or a full flight of stairs as the elevator doesn't go to level 3. Please let us know ahead of time if you need a room without stairs This air-conditioned room offers a TV and a refrigerator. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. It is fitted with a king-sized bed. WiFi is available. All our rooms are unique and different, please pre-request if you like a specific feature of the room. Standard rooms do not guarantee the views. It may look out over Parliament house or be limited with frosted window.
