I offer up to 22 guests peacefully, all comforts, 2 equipped kitchens, several bathrooms, sauna, bathing barrel and maximum privacy. I don't live at the guesthouse. Common room with fireplace, heated ski room, pingpon table. Foosball, darts, large screen TV Netflix and self service minibar. You can cook on your own, or let your diet be taken. I offer fresh pastries and a luxurious coffee bar. There is a tap cooling device for all barrels. Let yourself be pampered! The space In the basement you will find an infrared sauna and a shower room with a rest room. On the ground floor you will find a heated ski room, then rooms, kitchen and several mines. There is a common room with a fireplace and a large screen TV Netflixs by connecting to an HDMI laptop. Foosball, darts, mini-bar and lots more. Wifi is self explanatory! On the first floor (attic) there are other rooms, a large kitchen with a leader, refrigerators with freezer and also a TV. There is central heating in all rooms with a heat pump and solar panels. Wifi is running throughout the property. Guest access Guests can use all areas of the building, except the small service room. FEES WE CAN 'T BE AVOID - The rental deposit is 50% of the total price - City tax CZK 20 per person over 18 years old FEES ONLY IF YOU USE THE OPTION - Dog fee - 200 CZK per night - The fee for a basket of wood is CZK 100 - Infrasauna 40 CZK for 15 minutes - Pingpong - 200 for night - Dart machine - 1 credit = 5 CZK 301 = 1 credit (5 CZK) per 1st player 501 and Cricket = 2 credits (10 CZK) per 1st player 701 = 3 credits (15 CZK) per 1st player 901 = 4 credits (20 CZK) for the 1st player - Rent an outdoor stainless steel wellness barrel with heating for up to 10 guests with internal color lighting, beverage counters, bubble system, filtration, thermal cover and 12 hydro massage jets according to the length of stay: 1st - 3rd night - 1,500 CZK (each additional night 500 CZK.) It does not apply when renting the loft or ground floor. In that case, the barrel is included in the rental! - Renting a tap equipment lindr pygmy 25k for the weekend for 400 CZK and for a week for 800Kč, I recommend to order even a barrel beer at least a week before arrival due to the race in some outside regional brands in the central warehouse. - Electric car recharging according to electricity consumption Please bring slippers with you!
