Also enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows with access to Netflix! The space Great for a couple or small family. Nice large wrap around Trex deck for outdoor dining & to enjoy the lake view. We have a nicely fully furnished kitchen with several brand new appliances. We have a brand new Keurig Coffee Machine and will have the storage tray filled with K-cups and tea bags to enjoy! We also have a Roku Streaming Stick with access Netflix & Disney for your favorite movies and shows! We like to make our guest feel at home, as we take pride in our rentals. There are some stairs with side rails to the unit (approximately 12-14 steps). We have a fairly new Samsung Top loader washer & dryer. The laundry room has nice storage cabinets & drying racks. Guest access Our guest will also be able to enjoy a beautiful winery minutes away from the home with complimentary wine 🍷 tasting & amazing picture opportunities! Also at the end of my street is a local Fitness center that allows 24 hour access for a monthly membership fee. In the same shopping center where the Fitness center is located is our local Riviera grocery store, pizza parlor, cafe, coffee shop, hair salons & boutiques! Other things to note We have an LED Keyless 4-digit code front door entry & a brand new LED wireless doorbell you can set your own chime to with various options. If guests can please take their shoes off before entering the home & place them on the shoe rack on the deck or inside near the front door.
