Experience Sevierville With Us & Learn More Below! The space ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ You will have no problem getting a good night's rest in the bedroom and loft area in the cabin. The bedroom is located on the main level and features a queen bed, a small dresser for your belongings, and a smart TV. Head upstairs to the open loft and you’ll find a king suite, complete with a comfy king-size bed, a ceiling fan, a small dresser, and a smart TV. The loft also features a twin-size bunk bed that is perfect for kids and adults alike. There's a full bathroom and a pool table too (Please note that the closet inside this area is the owner’s and is locked). A sleeper sofa is available in the living room for extra sleeping arrangements. If you have additional guests, just notify us ahead of your stay so we can prepare this area for you. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The cabin is equipped with two full bathrooms. The first-floor bathroom features a shower tub combo, while the second-floor bathroom boasts a jacuzzi tub (no shower available on this level). ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking up tasty meals. You’ll find all the essentials here, including large and small appliances (oven, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee pot), cooking essentials (pots, pans, dishware, utensils), and some great perks - the separate coffee bar that makes getting your caffeine fix in the mornings easy! There is bar seating available at the kitchen counter, along with a rustic log dining table with seating for four. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a small laundry closet with a washer and dryer available for your use. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The cozy living room sits just across from the kitchen, making it easy to visit between the two rooms. The living room is perfect for relaxing, with comfy furniture, a gas fireplace (available from October - March), a smart TV, and gorgeous views of the mountains from the large windows. The space also makes an excellent setting for a family game night. Choose from checkers, tic-tac-toe, or one of the board games from our collection. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ You won’t have to go far to enjoy the quiet solitude of the smokies. Step out onto the back deck and enjoy wooded views in the summer and mountain views in the winter. The wrap-around porch is outfitted with rocking chairs in multiple seating areas, a foosball table, a charcoal grill, a picnic table, a new hot tub, and string lights so you can enjoy the area after the sun goes down. ★☆ Book Today & Let Us Take Care Of You In Sevierville! ☆★ Guest access Guest Access: You will have private access to the entire cabin during your stay, including the outdoor areas. Free parking is available in the driveway for up to two full-sized vehicles. There are no narrow roads leading up to the cabin. All roads are paved and fairly easy to navigate. The driveway is short but steep down to the cabin. Most park at the top of the driveway! KEYLESS ENTRY: No keys to lose or to return. This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Schlage Smart Lock. You will be provided a code prior to check-in to use during your stay. CHECK-IN/OUT: We do not offer late checkout or early check-in. If by chance we can accommodate, there may be a charge. Just contact us in advance and we will be happy to try to accommodate you if we can! OTHER AMENITIES: A starter kit with linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners are provided. Other toiletries, condiments, and charcoal are not provided. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for the duration of your stay. However, there is both a Kroger and Publix grocery store very nearby at the intersection of Wears Valley Road and the Parkway - 5 mi. HOT TUB: Please note that the hot tub may take a few hours to heat up. Depending on what time the property was cleaned, and/or the time of your arrival, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 are permitted at any time without adult supervision. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk! OUTDOOR GRILLE: A new charcoal grill is provided for your use and located on the wrap-around porch, making it nice even on rainy days. Please make sure you put ashes inside the provided can. Charcoal is not provided. FIREPLACE: The fireplace is operational from October 1 to March 30. It is shut off outside of those days. TRASH: If you need to remove the trash from the cabin, make sure to put it inside the cans in the bear-proof containers located on the porch and secure the containers. If you encounter a bear, DO NOT attempt to feed or approach them. Please do not leave food in your car or anywhere outside of the cabin where they can access it. We do have regular pest control but the cabin is located in the woods. SECURITY: SECURITY CAMERAS For your safety, and to protect our property, we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the cabin only. We value our guests' privacy and do not actively monitor during your stay. These cameras allow us to track cleaning/maintenance schedules, check-ins & and check-outs. Our security camera is located on the front of the house and faces the driveway. We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. HOUSE RULES: This is a NON SMOKING cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $250, plus the increase in a cleaning fee, plus any damages. Pets are NOT allowed. If you bring in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave. Absolutely NO fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages. Do NOT lean or hang on the railings. Message us BEFORE booking if you have more than 6 people. We will do our best to help you accommodate up to 8. It should never be an issue but we want to ensure the sleeper sofa is ready for your stay! Other things to note The Happy Haven is a great spot to stay but still easily get to everything that the area has to offer! Attractions are spread out throughout Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but venturing outside of the more heavily populated touristy areas is also a treat! Some of our favorites that are easy to get to from the cabin are Wears Valley and Townsend. Townsend has one of the best tubing spots in our opinion! Pigeon Forge - Parkway Light #3 - 5 Miles Wears Valley - 9.5 Miles Dollywood - 10 Miles Gatlinburg - 14 Miles Townsend - 16.5 Miles (Also our favorite & less crowded entrance to the GSMNP) Cades Cove Loop - 30 Miles Clingman's Dome - 38 Miles Other attractions: Tanger Outlets - 5 Miles Driving to the Happy Haven means no narrow roads! All are paved and fairly easy to navigate. It's possible you may need 4WD during inclement winter weather. The driveway is a rather steep decline toward the cabin and most guests choose to park at the top of the driveway, just off the street. Either way you can fit 2 cars.
