Description

Single bed in bedroom located off our dining room. Share bathroom with my daughter or other airbnb tenant. In a great North Berkeley neighborhood, a few blocks north of UC Berkeley, one block to post office, grocery store, pharmacy, and bus lines. Quiet house. Has been licensed by the City of Berkeley (Zoning permit No. ZCSTR2019-0019). Has smoke alarms and fire alarms. The space I live in the house with my husband, and we are working on decluttering! If you are looking for a pristine commercial AirB&b, this may not be for you. But if you want a simple accommodation in a great neighborhood at a good price with friendly hosts, this may be your spot! We occasionally take care of friends' dogs or kittens, just FYI. I also use eco friendly non scented laundry detergent, so don't expect a 'Tide' smell. Guest access You can use kitchen, dining and living room as needed. During your stay My husband and I work but enjoy socializing in between our work commitments. Other things to note There is street parking for two hours at a time M-F. You can obtain a day parking permit at the City Of Berkeley office downtown, or move your car about 1/2 mile- 3/4 mile up the street where you can leave your car all day.
