Beautiful Home in Yelm

Rest and restore in a beautiful custom home on 5 serene acres. Master Suite available with private entrance, bathroom, and includes small fridge, TV, DVD, and microwave. Includes indoor and outdoor spaces to explore. Mt Rainier, Olympia, Seattle and the Olympic National forest near by. Amtrak is a 20 minute ride. The space Peaceful, serene and beautiful space surrounded by trees on 5 acres. Private Master suite and bathroom with separate entrance with access to a spacious home. Guest access Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the following areas and items: KITCHEN: Guests have full use of the kitchen. Help yourselves to dishes, eating and cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc, and basic supplies such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and whatever condiments and spices we have around. Coffee or Tea is also provided. GREAT ROOM – includes living and dining room: You'll find the TV, and expansive view of the back yard and patio. LIBRARY: For your reading pleasure. POWDER/HALF BATHROOM: On the first floor by the library. WASHER/DRYER/IRON: We have a front-loading washer and dryer and will supply detergent, bleach, and fabric softener. Iron and ironing board available upon request. OUTDOORS: There is a covered front porch with seating where guests are welcome to use in addition to a large covered 900+ square foot patio in the back with chairs and table for dining or just relaxing overlooking the back yard. YOUR MASTER SUITE: You can also access your master's suite room via a private outdoor entrance if you prefer via the patio. EXERCISE ROOM: You have access to a great room upstairs with treadmill, weights, exercise equipment, exercise exercise CD's, Yoga mat, couch and TV for private viewing. Interaction with Guests: The house is large enough that you can enjoy a great deal of privacy when you want. I am available for friendly conversation at your pleasure and can assist with questions as needed. During your stay Interaction with Guests I will be happy to provide you with assistance as needed. Please let me know if there is anything that you need. Other things to note Location: I live about 7 miles from downtown Yelm. As there are no restaurants or shopping within walking distance, I recommend that you stop by the local Safeway in Yelm or Lacey prior to coming to my home to pick up food and snacks. I will provide Tea, Coffee and fresh well water. You are about 20 minutes to the Lacey Amtrak Station and about 45 miles to Mt Rainier. Sea Tac airport is about an hour 10 minutes away. Seattle is 1.5 hours and Portland a 2 hour drive. Restaurants: There are some good local restaurants in town. I recommend the La Gitana which has fresh organic fare and pizza, salads, wine and Italian. It is across the street from Gordens and I have included the website: (URL HIDDEN) Yelm also has a Starbucks and the usual fast food places to eat. I am not interested in rooming a dog. However there is a wonderful kennel about 5 miles away which offers doggie day care for $10 per day and rooming for $20per night. I have a water softener that you may hear running from time to time, please let me know if it is a problem. Equestrians: My place is 7 minutes ( 4.2 miles) from Aspen Farms Eventing which is the home of the first advanced level events for Equestrians in the Pacific Northwest so it is a great place to stay if you plan to participate or attend the events. . Please note that I do not have facilities to house horses, however you can keep them at nearby Aspen Farm.
