In addition to the front door there is a carport side door with ramp and not steps to enter with same key as front door. Other things to note In addition to listing the house as not suitable for children, I do not rent to families with children under the age of eight because of safety issues. The staircase balcony in the entry does not have safety rails. Furniture upholstery and furnishings were not chosen to withstand horseplay and fingerprints. Decorative objects are too delicate to be played with. The Mulberry house is meant to be a place of quiet retreat.
