The space This is a custom craftsman style family home in a very tranquil setting with views of beautiful oak trees, farm lands and the city lights of Arroyo Grande, but still just minutes to the Village of Arroyo Grande and Highway 101. All the beds are incredibly comfortable Pillow-top mattresses. Bedroom four is very small and just fits the bunkbed which includes a twin and a full mattress (no chair or closet in this room). The back yard is great for small events (all events MUST be pre-approved by owners ahead of time). The garage/playroom has a pool table, bookcase full of games and washer/dryer Guest access This house sits on the front part of our property and is very private. We will send you check in instructions a day or 2 before your reservation. We may be flexable with check in and check out times if no one else is checking in or out on the same days. Please ask if you would be interested in early check in or late check-out so we can make arrangements with the housekeepers. Otherwise check in time is after 4:00 pm and check out time is before 11:00 am. Other things to note ***If one of your days is Friday or Saturday there is a 3-day minimum during summer months. ***The weekly discount includes only one weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) NO Saturday to Saturday, unless you are staying more than 7 days. *** Because we do not have cleaning staff available on Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter day, 4th of July day we do not allow check-ins and check-outs on that day. But theses days can, of course, be included in your overall reservation. *** The TV is Internet only
