The space Enjoy your stay in Indy in this beautiful home, only 1 mile from Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center (20 minute walk or 5 minute drive). Walk in to the living room with working fireplace, HD TV, and home office work space. Next find yourself in the open concept kitchen and dining area (seating for 6) to enjoy a meal at home or simply morning coffee. Through the kitchen you'll find yourself in the guest hall with a full bathroom (shower/tub combo) and queen bed with over-sized closet. Upstairs is the sun-filled master king bedroom with full bathroom (stand up shower) and closet. Head outside and enjoy the fully fenced in back yard, complete with patio furniture (including lounge seating around the fire pit) and single car garage with a Tesla charger. Other things to note 1.
