Tranquil "East Room" Close to Downtown

Enjoy a quiet and comfortable private room in the heart of Los Angeles. Just 2 miles from staple center and downtown LA, 1.2 mile from nearest metro stop, and easy access to major freeways. The room is located in a historic manor with a beautiful yard, this is the ideal place to enjoy a long term stay or a vacation in LA. The space The East room is one of three guest rooms in our Airbnb apartment located in a historic manor with a beautiful yard. Your room has one very comfortable queen bed and a small loveseat (not large enough for sleeping). It also includes a desk and plenty of storage space for your clothes. The room has a noise machine, AC, and heaters - to increase privacy and comfort. This whole apartment has three private bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The rooms all share a common hallway that is used by two other apartments, and all the rooms themselves are private. The shared living and bathroom come with great amenities - a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster oven, internet TV, and a cute breakfast nook. The kitchenette, however, is NOT EQUIPPED FOR COOKING. On the property is a beautiful front yard with picnic tables that is always available, and a grill that you can use with permission. Street parking is difficult in our area, especially at night. But the entire neighborhood has free street parking if you have a car. Please note we're a strictly NON-SMOKING property, this includes the outdoor areas of the property. If you must smoke, please do so outside of the green fence on the side walk in the front of the house. During your stay The apartment is on the property of a historic mansion that is home to a bunch of creatives. We spend our weekends making music, refurbishing wood furniture, and other fun activities and all have day jobs during the week. Your hosts live in two apartments downstairs from the Airbnb, and are available if you need. Two other private apartments are on your floor, (these people are not your hosts) and share the hallways between the bedrooms and the common spaces. Other things to note Important things to note: Street parking is difficult in our area, especially at night. But the entire neighborhood has free street parking if you have a car. This apartment is on the second floor of a historic mansion. There over 20 steps to get to the second floor. There are pets on the property. There is also a wood shop on the property, which is often in use on the weekends and evenings, but only from 10am-9pm. (We are a bunch of creative people who live here and like to take on exciting projects.) There may be cleaning people in the building from 11am-3pm, cleaning the common space or other rooms.
