Please note: This listing is exclusively for one bedroom. 9.7 miles from DFW International airport. 7 miles from Love Field airport. 11 miles from Dallas downtown area. 6 miles from a mall, AMC, gym and some of the Great Tex-Mex restaurants. The space Nestled on a curve/court, this house enjoys a serene setting with minimal traffic, ample parking, and a very safe neighborhood. Security Measures: Surveillance cameras outside the house, facing the driveway. Note: I do have a cat that is indoor and outdoor which hang out in the house sometimes! Guest access Guests will have their own bedroom with a keypad lock, a shared bathroom, and access to the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Laundry facilities are available for use, and light cooking is permitted. The backyard is a peaceful retreat for smoking or simply unwinding. Note: Please be aware that there might be other guests sharing the space during your stay. Other things to note We deeply respect our guests and their privacy, our goal is to create an atmosphere where you feel at home. We kindly request you extend the same courtesy to fellow guests sharing our space. 1) No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 2) Food Consumption: Kindly refrain from eating in the bedrooms. 3) Laundry Usage: Feel free to use the washer/dryer during your stay (one load, depending on the booking days). 4) Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. 5) Common Areas: You are welcome to relax in the living room. 6) Smoking Area: Designated smoking areas are the backyard or front yard. 7) Noise Control: Be mindful of noise levels, especially after 10:00 pm to avoid disturbances.
