Modern, self contained guest suite in a quiet street, a short walk from the river. The guest suite is attached to our home but is completely private. You will have your own entrance & a shaded parking space. The accommodation has an open plan kitchen diner/lounge & a utility/shower room downstairs, & 2 spacious bedrooms & a shower room upstairs. A clean, comfortable base for visiting Perth & Fremantle. Close to bus routes, walking distance to shops & cafes & a short drive to the beach. The space Our place is set in a quiet residential street just 6 minutes walk from the river and with plenty of parks and green spaces nearby. The guest suite is an extension of our home so we are right next door if you need anything but you have your own private entrance and we will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay! Property is unsuitable for children under 12. There are cafes, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. There are also regular buses to both Perth city and Fremantle. The beach is about 10 minutes drive away. You have your own parking space under a shade sail or there is free on street parking/space on the verge. The 2 bedrooms (one queen and one double) are both upstairs along with a modern shower room. There is a further shower room downstairs with a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a pull out sofa bed in the lounge area if you need an extra bed or just want to get comfy watching a movie! Guest access Private access to the entire guest accommodation. No access to attached family home, garage or outside areas (except for allocated shaded parking space). Other things to note This property is 2 storey and you will need to be able to manage 1 flight of stairs to access the upstairs bedrooms. There is no outdoor space available for guest use except for the parking space. We do not accept bookings with pets. Property is unsuitable for children under 12.
