The home has 4 oversized bedrooms, 4 balconies, and 4 baths. The inviting yard with a heated pool and covered patio, allows you to enjoy the outdoor and indoor living areas. This home is perfect for entertaining your family, business travelers, or guests. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, includes top-of-the-line stainless steel and Viking appliances, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, large double door refrigerator, and stove with 4 burners and a grill top. The huge entertainment/family room with beautiful french doors looks out into the patio and pool (pool could be possibly gated upon requirement). Each bedroom has its own bath, creating a feel of separate suites. The master suite has a king bed, a private bath with a large jacuzzi, a walk-in closet, and 2 balconies overlooking the pool and stunning mountain views. The 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed, private bath, walk in-closet, and balcony with a mountain view. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds, a bath with jacuzzi jets, a large closet, and 2 balconies w/mountain views (one of the balconies is round and covered). The 4th bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and attached bathroom. There is an extra futon bed that opens to a queen on the second floor. The house also includes: recessed lighting throughout, surround sound system indoor and outdoor, and high-speed internet. This beautiful home is in a prime Studio City location that is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, movie studios, bars, attractions, and freeways. It's also 10 minutes from Sunset Blvd and Hollywood and 5 minutes from Universal Studios. Great for family, business travelers, or group vacations. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property during their stay. Other things to note Bookings of over 30 days are subject to an additional cleaning fee. If you are renting for one month or more, there will be a utility cap of $800. This cap is based on a standard allowance for sufficient normal monthly usage. If the utilities will go over the cap the guest is responsible to pay the difference. We do not allow parties of any kind. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please refrain from loud after 10 pm please . Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. All pets must be discussed in advance and receive approval. Guests are subject to a non-refundable pet fee if approved. *Pet Fee: $250 Fencing for the pool is available. Daily or weekly service of house cleaning is available for an additional cost. Kindly note that the property undergoes regular maintenance, including gardening services. The schedule will be outlined in the house manual; however, please be aware that these dates may change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Since these are external services, we may not always be able to notify guests in advance of any changes. By booking the property, guests consent to allowing staff to enter the necessary outdoor spaces (excluding the inside of the property/unit itself) as needed for maintenance/gardening/pool purposes. We provide a starter pack of consumable items (eg. toilet paper, soap, paper towels, shampoo,etc.) If you are a very large group or have a long stay we encourage you to buy additional supplies. We also have a concierge service available for your needs, please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like us to coordinate a private chef for dinner, salon hair services, luxury car rental, flights, restaurant reservations, event tickets, etc. Additional beds can be provided for additional guests. House includes: Linens, Towels, Kitchen Accessories, Iron, Blow Dryer. Posted check-out times are always flexible and are mostly dependent upon when prior or future guests are leaving or arriving and having time to clean the house for the next guest. We will always try to accommodate working with your schedule, but we cannot guarantee to meet outside of the posted times. Please discuss with us prior if you would like to have an alternate check-in/out time. * Pool heating fee $150.00/day. Please inquire if you would like the pool & spa heated. All the baby items such as the High Chair and Crib can be provided for an extra charge. Please inquire.
